One of the best aspects was coming together with like minded people and we could share and support one another. I really enjoyed talking together and finding out about other people.
Meeting a supportive group of women. Getting insight into my feelings are not abnormal and how to make a "Plan of action."
Really liked the sharing round the table. I had a feeling I knew what to work on and having attended "Shift" I now have this confirmed!

I found one of the best aspects of this workshop was realising what I need to work on. I identified my lack of time for "me". I am going to focus on my time management and make sure I have time for myself.
The atmosphere was very relaxed and I enjoyed the open conversation with the attendees. After the workshop I realised that I have my "whole self" to think about and how I can prioritise areas of my life. It was also comforting to realise that other people have the same thoughts and fears/insecurities as myself and was interesting to hear how people are now going to deal with them and the coping mechanisms they will put into place.
The workshop was really enjoyable. I really enjoyed the group work. I liked the fact that the workshop was not too structure and "set in stone". The group was then able to make decisions as to how they would like to proceed.
Loved being able to share with like-minded people. Realising that other are going through and experiencing very similar situations and feelings. Loved the breakdown of "Brigitte's Journey" as it really helped me sort out thoughts and feelings into sections to work through. So many positives from today - and I have now met some "new" friends.
Was great to see the transition of Brigitte! I really enjoyed the group and am keen to move forward to be the best version of myself! I hope this workshop is available to come to my workplace (NHS)!
The workshop was very interactive and this is knowledge "everyone" should have. I will remember to use tools with myself and not just with others.
On of the best experiences from this workshop was being in a group and working together. I really appreciated the way I could see the areas I need to work on - have never thought of breaking this into sections like that.
I felt welcomed and comfortable from the start! I have lots to think about holistically. I felt reminded just how important it is to think about me and the value of me! There was so much positive learning and sharing. I would recommend Shift not just for adults but for the younger generation too!
